M. Shubho Shattha Rafiq

Advocate M. Shubho Shattha Rafiq is a young and talented lawyer with expertise in trial courts. He had completed LL.B (hons.) & LL.M form the reputed Southeast University. 

Mr. Shubho was enrolled as an Advocate in Bangladesh Bar Council in 2016 and High Court Division 2019 at Supreme Court of Bangladesh.

Mr. M.Shubho Shattha Rafiq is a long term practitioner in the Dhaka district & Magistrates courts. He handles potential inquiries from clients regarding their legal disputes, arranging confidential conferences with clients and providing initial advice regarding the outcome of the trial and promoting alternative dispute resolution, providing legal opinion on civil (Partition suit, Declaration suit, Succession suit, Land Survey) suit, arbitration matters and criminal matters. He drafting and reviewing various agreements based on civil and arbitration matters, vetting various types of service agreement.
