Our colleagues have been involved in various types of commercial, maritime, revenue and familyarbitration proceedings arbitrators and counsels. We provide legal representation in both domestic and international arbitration proceedings, both ad-hoc and institutional. We are regularly engaged for filing execution cases for enforcement of arbitral awards, setting aside such awards, appointment of arbitrators, notice proceedings and for preferring appeals before the appropriate courts/tribunals in related matters.
