Arafatul Osmani

Arafatul Osmani is a Legal Associate possessing a dynamic and versatile skill set. He demonstrates strong proficiency in legal research and the drafting of various types of litigation matters. Having completed his LL.B. and LL.M. from the University of Dhaka, he has been actively pursuing his career in the legal profession.

During his tenure as an intern and subsequently as a Junior Associate, Mr. Osmani consistently demonstrated notable competence in his field of work. He has developed a sound legal understanding, complemented by sharp analytical ability, quick thinking, and an aptitude for arriving at prompt and well-reasoned conclusions on diverse legal questions.
Mr. Osmani possesses strong interpersonal communication, leadership, and organizational skills. His ability to work effectively both as a collaborative team member and as a capable team leader reflects the versatility he cultivated through extensive participation in extracurricular activities during his student years.

Throughout his academic career, he held several leadership and secretarial positions, including President, General Secretary, and other executive roles in a number of organizations and clubs at his university. These included cultural, environmental, regional, debate, legal, and poetry clubs, through which he further developed his leadership and organizational capabilities.

Having demonstrated proficiency in various lower court litigation matters during the early stage of his legal career, Mr. Osmani is presently engaged in a range of High Court litigation matters, including but not limited to civil, criminal, writ, company, and admiralty jurisdictions.
